Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped from multiple warehouses across mainland China. The majority of orders are dispatched from local warehouses in Guangdong, Zhejiang, Shanghai, and Shenzhen.

2.Shipping Fees and Free Shipping Eligibility

Due to geographical proximity and the maturity of logistics infrastructure, we currently offer free shipping under the following conditions:

For orders with a total product weight under 10kg, free shipping is available to major Asian countries and regions.
For global destinations, free shipping is available for orders under 10kg with a minimum purchase value of USD $100.

The major Asian countries and regions eligible for FREE shipping include but are not limited to Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, covering 141 administrative jurisdictions. The exact shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

3.Shipping Fee Standards

For orders that do not meet the free shipping criteria, the following rates apply:

Orders under or equal to 10kg: A flat shipping fee of $15 USD per order will be charged. Each order may contain multiple items.
Orders exceeding 10kg: A shipping fee of USD $50 per 10kg will be charged. For weights not divisible by 10kg, fees will be calculated proportionally. For example, a 15kg order will incur a shipping fee of USD $75.

Pay attention to the following circumstances:

If the country where the order is placed is different from the consignee’s country, the order information cannot be changed. Please select the page of the consignee’s countries or regions and place a new order.

4.Logistics Providers

We partner with a variety of reputable logistics providers, including but not limited to Fedex, DHL, SF Express International, YTO Express International, and ZTO Express International. We will select the most suitable carrier based on factors such as cost, efficiency, and the destination of your package.

5.Delivery Timeframe

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability.

The delivery time is determined individually for each order based on the specific items and quantity. Generally, the estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that the 72-hour processing and shipping timeframe is an estimate. In most cases, we will begin processing and shipping orders within 72 hours. However, this does not apply to customized products or large wholesale bulk orders, which shall be subject to email notifications and specific communications.

6.Order and Shipping Info Inquiry

After the product is shipped, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number (you need to check the email notice when placing the order). Click the link in the email to go to the express service website, and you can check the shipping information of the order.

7.Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item. We do not cover the postage for returned goods.

8.Countries We Ship To

We generally provide worldwide shipping.

While we offer global shipping services, we are currently UNABLE to deliver to the following countries/regions due to political instability or other uncontrollable circumstances:

Iran, Sudan, Cuba, Syria, Uganda, Russia, Ukraine, and Turkey.
